Is website maintenance required?
Yes — the $99/month maintenance and hosting plan is required for every site we build. It is what keeps your site online, secure and current. We do not hand off unmaintained sites, because an unmaintained site reflects badly on both of us.
How fast are update requests completed?
Most content and design edits are completed within one business day. Larger requests are scoped and scheduled with you first, so you always know what is happening and when.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
In most cases, yes. Send us your current site through the request form and we will review the platform and codebase, then tell you honestly whether we can maintain it as-is or whether a rebuild is the better value.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
You can cancel any time from your member dashboard. Because hosting is bundled into the plan, your site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period when the plan ends.
